Registration
Registration must be made via the website www.notghiacademy.com or by sending the registration form by mail to academy@notghi.com.

Participation Fee
Participation fees do not include statutory value added tax (VAT) and are payable upon receipt of invoice.

General
Offers are subject to change and exclusively subject to the following conditions. Any deviations from standard conditions require written confirmation.
General conditions for participation in our seminars
If a seminar has to be cancelled due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no entitlement to the seminar being held.
Despite this, alternative dates will be offered, but, we reserve the right to substitute the trainer or make other changes to the seminar organisation. Registrations may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 calendar days before the seminar date, and any fees already paid will be reimbursed. For withdrawals up to 14 calendar days before the seminar date, 50% of the fees will be charged. Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the seminar date, are not eligible for free withdrawal or reimbursement of fees. The same applies to non-participation (no show). A replacement participant can be provided at any time free of charge. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the seminar date can be postponed or cancelled completely, without the participant being able to assert claims for damages.

Liability
The Dr Notghi Academy (organizer) is not liable for any damage caused during the seminar by participants to the furnishing of the premises or to persons or damage to third parties. The organizer is also not liable for damage, accidents or other unforeseeable events on arrival or departure or during the implementation of the seminar. Claims for damages, for whatever legal reason, are excluded, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.

Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid on time and without deduction. Each payment reminder or warning will incur additional reminder costs, a flat rate for costs and expenses. In the event of a delay in payment, the organizer reserves the right to take legal action (dunning procedure).

General information
Each agreement must be in writing to be valid. German law applies exclusively. The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Berlin. By registering for a seminar, the above conditions are accepted.
